Solar Installation Services in Alanya

Nine services, one goal: giving your property the most benefit it can get from the Alanya sun, with the right system and a transparent price.

No two properties in Alanya have quite the same energy needs. An apartment in the city centre, a villa with a pool in Kargıcak, a greenhouse in Gazipaşa and a hotel in Konaklı all enjoy the same sunshine, but they need very different systems. That is why we organise our services by property type and by how the system connects to the grid.

Choosing the right connection type

On-grid systems are connected to the grid without batteries and offer the lowest investment and fastest payback. Hybrid systems add battery storage, so you can use solar power in the evening and keep essentials running during outages. Off-grid systems are fully independent and ideal where there is no grid connection at all.

Rooftop Solar

Rooftop solar is the most popular way to go solar in Alanya, because it uses space you already own. We install on clay-tiled pitched roofs, trapezoidal metal sheets and flat concrete terraces, choosing a mounting system that protects your roof's waterproofing. Near the sea we use aluminium rails and stainless steel fixings to resist corrosion, and we calculate wind loads for exposed hillside villas. Panel layout is optimised around chimneys, solar water heaters and air conditioning units, and inverters with multiple inputs make the most of roofs facing in different directions. Most residential rooftop installations are completed in one to three working days once approvals are in place. Read more on our rooftop solar page.

Ground-Mount Solar

If you own suitable land, a ground-mounted solar plant lets you set the ideal tilt and orientation for every panel. Ground-mount systems range from a few kilowatts in a large garden to multi-megawatt plants, such as the 680 kW and 2.4 MW ground plants in our portfolio. Before any investment we assess zoning, land classification, distance to the nearest grid connection point, soil conditions and access. Under current Turkish rules, unlicensed ground plants are generally linked to a consumption point, so we check the latest regulations carefully as part of a full feasibility study. International investors should also take separate legal advice on land ownership. More details are on our ground-mount solar page.

Agricultural Solar

Agriculture remains an important part of the local economy, from banana greenhouses between Alanya and Gazipaşa to citrus and avocado orchards and livestock farms in the Taurus foothills. Irrigation pumps, ventilation fans, cold storage and milking equipment all consume significant electricity, much of it during daylight hours. We place panels on storage buildings, barns or unused land next to greenhouses so crops keep their light. Depending on your situation, we design grid-connected farm systems, battery-backed solutions for cold chains or completely independent systems for remote sites. The result is a lower, more predictable energy cost for your farm or business, season after season, whatever happens to tariffs. Residential Solar

Residential solar covers everything from a two-bedroom apartment to a large villa with a pool. For apartment blocks and residential complexes, a shared system can power communal lighting, lifts, pumps and pools, reducing service charges for every owner. For detached homes and villas, we size the system around your real consumption, including air conditioning, pool filtration, heat pumps and electric vehicle charging. Holiday-let owners benefit twice: lower running costs and a property that stands out to guests looking for comfort. Every installation includes monitoring you can check from abroad, and we explain the whole process, from survey to grid approval, in English. Visit our residential solar page for typical system sizes and tips.

Commercial Solar

Tourism drives Alanya's economy, and tourism uses most of its electricity in summer. Hotels, aparthotels, restaurants, beach clubs, supermarkets and laundries pay their highest bills between May and October, exactly when solar production peaks. This overlap means most of the energy produced is used on site, which shortens the payback period. We analyse hourly consumption data, assess roof structures and consider solar car park canopies where roof space is limited, planning installation work outside peak season. Our experience includes industrial rooftop plants of 450 kW, 860 kW, 970 kW, 1.3 MW and 4.5 MW. Feasibility reports can be prepared in English for international owners, investors and hotel management teams. See our commercial solar page.

Hybrid and Battery

A hybrid solar system combines panels, a hybrid inverter and lithium battery storage. During the day your home runs on solar power and the battery charges; in the evening the battery takes over, and if the grid fails, your essential circuits keep working. Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries offer long cycle life and good thermal stability in Alanya's hot summers. We have installed hybrid systems in Kundu, Manavgat, Kemer, Konyaaltı, Döşemealtı and Çakırlar. For holiday villas, hybrid systems protect guest comfort during outages, and the app lets you adjust battery settings remotely. Existing on-grid systems can often be upgraded with batteries at a lower cost than a new hybrid system. Learn more on our hybrid and battery page.

Off-Grid Solar

Off-grid solar systems bring reliable electricity to places the grid does not reach: mountain houses in the Alanya highlands, garden plots, farm buildings and remote villas. Panels charge a battery bank during the day, and an off-grid inverter supplies standard household power around the clock. The key to success is correct sizing for the shortest winter days, which is why we start by listing every appliance you plan to use. Our off-grid references range from a compact 2.2 kW system to a 7.7 kW seaside villa in Kaş, 26 kW villa systems and a 60 kW installation with a dedicated battery room. Read our full guide on the off-grid solar page.

On-Grid Solar

On-grid solar is the simplest and most cost-effective way to cut your electricity bill. Panels and a grid-tied inverter supply your home or business directly; when production exceeds consumption, the surplus flows to the grid and is offset under Turkey's unlicensed generation and net metering rules, which have changed over time and depend on your subscriber group. We check the current EPDK rules for your subscription before sizing the system. Because there are no batteries, maintenance is minimal and payback is typically the fastest of all system types. Our on-grid references range from a 3.3 kW tiled roof to a 4.5 MW industrial plant. Details are on our on-grid solar page.

Solar Irrigation

Solar irrigation systems run borehole and surface pumps directly from solar panels, without diesel, generators or grid electricity. A solar pump drive adjusts pump speed to the available sunlight, and water is usually stored in a tank or pond rather than storing energy in batteries, which keeps costs low. These systems suit orchards, greenhouses, vegetable fields and gardens, especially on hillside land where grid connection is expensive. As a rule of thumb, panel capacity is around 1.3 to 1.5 times the pump's power, adjusted for well depth and daily water demand. One of our references is a 5.5 kW ground-mounted solar irrigation system in a field. See our solar irrigation page.
